Our first release of 2018 is going to the printers next week. We are proud and honored to publish the long-awaited cookbook by North Carolina native Peggy Chaney, titled Mama Peggy’s Recipes & Ruminations. The book began in the kitchen at Peggy’s Restaurant in Kings Mountain, North Carolina, and is full of those good-old Southern recipes which anyone born in the Carolinas will be all-too-familiar with.
